8/11/10 NEWS:

The Pit Surf Team has been dominating the local ESA District.  Mcmanus, Pauls, and Breiholz are leading the Sr. Mens divisions, while Thomas Bruce and Pat Mcmanus are pulling out in front of the pack in the Open division. Groms Mike Foard, Grant Tyler, and Nohea Futrell are ripping in their divisions as well.  Prescott Metcalf owns Masters and Mens Longboard.  Check out www.outerbanksesa.com for full standings and results of your Pit Surf Teamers.

4/30/10 NEWS:

The Pit Surf Team has recently acquired Outer Banks surfer, Prescott Metcalf as it's newest team rider.  Metcalf posted some strong ESA district results last season by winning the Masters Division and the Men's longboard division.  He also finished 6th place in the highly competitive Open Pro/Am division.  Prescott will add some depth to the team as the Pit challenges to win the Surf Shop Team Rider Challenge this season.  Check out Prescott's profile.

4/17/10 News:  Pit team rider, Thomas Bruce, was part of a history making performance as the UNC-W surf team captured it's second title in the N.S.S.A Eastern Championships College Men's Division.  Bruce, who captured 4th place overall, helped the Seahawks dominate a highly competitive college men's field.  The Seahawks scored a total of 119 points en route to winning the men's title nearly doubling the points scored by the second place team, Florida Institude of Technology.  Once again, proof that Pit team riders rip!  Visit www.nssa.org for full results.
